About Anna

I didn't think it was possible to discover inner harmony.

For years, it seemed like I tried everything to relieve the dis-ease and stress I was experiencing in my life. From talk therapy to yoga, meditation to bodywork, nothing quelled my spinning mind, helped me sleep or calmed my nervous system. I was constantly trying to avoid the inner discomfort I was feeling, working overtime to suppress, resist or distract. The more I did this, the less present in my life I felt.

transformational life coach — With my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Counseling, I felt discouraged when I couldn’t find optimal health and well-being.

One day, a dear friend suggested I see an energy practitioner.

**I had no idea what to expect.**

During the session, I was able to settle my mind and could feel my nervous system relaxing. I felt like I was finally able to exhale. I felt lighter. I had a sense of inner peace.

At the end of my first energy session, the decision to return felt completely choiceless.

Within three months of doing weekly energy sessions, I experienced a complete shift in being and people around me noticed. Within three years of regular sessions, I felt happy with my life. I can now say, “I love myself.” I feel lighter and more joyful. I have developed a spiritual practice and believe myself to be worthy and loveable.

My powerful transformation led me to discover, with every fiber of my being, that offering energy healing and coaching to others is in service of the highest and greatest good for myself, my future clients, and the planet. I am honored to share the knowledge I gained and offer you the opportunity to get unstuck, emerge into a new way of being and embody all your desire for yourself.
